YOUR THE VIRUS is a fictional, browser-based social game. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1) What this is (and isn’t)

• It’s a game with share links, “infection” status, and statistics.
• It is not malware. It does not install software or access your device files.
• It does not automatically message your contacts. Sharing is always something you choose to do.

2) Play fair

• No spam, harassment, or repeated unwanted messages.
• No impersonation (schools, employers, brands, “security alerts,” etc.).
• No hate speech, threats, or illegal content.
• Don’t share your private restore link publicly (treat it like a password).

3) Enforcement

We may limit access, reset stats, hide content, or ban tokens for abuse, manipulation, or violations of these rules. Bans may be applied using a privacy-preserving hashed identifier (such as an IP hash) and/or token-based blocking. If you think a restriction was applied in error, use the contact info on the About page.

4) Ads & analytics

We may show advertising and basic site analytics to keep the project running. Ad code is only placed in the ad slots shown on the site and configurable by the site operator. See the Privacy Policy for what we log and how we protect it.

5) Disclaimer

This site is provided “as-is” for entertainment. We’re not responsible for conflicts, losses, or disputes caused by how you choose to share links or interact with others. Use common sense: share with friends who want to play, and stop if someone asks you to.
